Mastering Lean & Agile Methods, Quality, Security (SecByD) Rules, and State-of-the-Art DevOps Practices

Functional and Technical Specifications:
- Business needs are thoroughly analyzed and translated into precise functional and technical specifications.
- Specifications are continuously reviewed and adapted as needed to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Software Development & Maintenance:
- Business value-driven software is developed and maintained with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Clean code is collaboratively written through peer programming and rigorously reviewed.
- Complex testing and debugging are conducted to ensure reliability.
- Applications are continuously improved and maintained.
- Technical support is provided by diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
- Challenging technical queries are addressed effectively.
- Operability and user acceptance are actively monitored.
- Major updates and enhancements to existing applications are implemented.
- Comprehensive documentation is created and maintained.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Unit tests and test plans are designed, executed, optimized, and monitored.
- Quality, security, and consistency are ensured through rigorous testing.
- Issues, incidents, and bugs are identified, analyzed, reported, and resolved efficiently.
Solution Deployment & Operations:
- Actively contributes to change management, communication, and training efforts.
- Provides training for users, deployment teams, and support teams.
- Builds automated and optimized deployment pipelines.
- Supports solutions, especially in product mode, ensuring smooth operations.

Technologies & Tools:

GitLab CI, Azure Cloud Services, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka Confluent, Grafana, Keycloak, MongoDB Atlas, Splunk, AI technologies (Copilot, Aurora etc)

Desired Experience:

Proven experience in DevOps roles, with a focus on automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD.
Experience with cloud technologies and containerization.
Experience with scripting and programming.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
