MAIN ACTIVITIES
Digital Marketing
1. Build annual paid media campaign planning by co-creating media brief with the Region to drive consumer traffics through all digital channels such as company’s own web-site, search engines, social media, email, blog, display advertising, and other websites to connect with current and prospective consumers in order to increase brand awareness and online lead generation.
2. Give media campaign guideline to advertisement agency and measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns with right KPIs, and assess against goal (ROI).
3. Fully Interpret the user journey to better understand and improve the customer on-line experience with high quality digital engagements and touch points that move consumers down the funnel to increase conversion.
4. Use segmentation data to identify the target segments to pursue and develop the appropriate on-line journey.
5. Keep up-to-date on trends and developments in SEO (search engine optimization), mobile, video, email, social media, affiliate programs.
6. Manage a digital advertising budget and brings new acquisition goals in line with cost per leads target
7. Collaborate with internal teams to create ads and landing pages with the goal of optimizing conversions
e-Retail
1. Korean E-commerce Expansion:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of online sales opportunities in Korea.
- Develop a strategic vision, roadmap, and design strategy for Michelin-owned digital commerce platforms, prioritizing user experience improvement.
- Formulate an action plan to achieve these objectives. This pillar focuses on local e-retail leadership (Pillar 1), which involves driving growth through acquisitions (M&A), franchise development, partnerships with local businesses, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances.
2. E-retail Project Leadership:
- Lead the implementation of the core e-retail project in Korea, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
3. E-retail Performance Optimization:
- Establish and support continuous optimization of e-retail performance, including traffic generation through SEO and content optimization (product descriptions, images, and videos) (Pillar 3).
4. E-commerce Business Lead: Driving Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
- Oversee the entire e-commerce process, from online market assessment to e-retail operations implementation.
- Be accountable for driving growth and enhancing consumer/customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional experiences and journeys. This will be achieved with the support of marketing & sales, distribution, and the group's digital assets (combining Pillar 2 - E-retail tool development and overall leadership responsibilities).
5. Manage Michelin owned e-commerce platform (Naver Brand Store) and test online consumer's purchasing behavior to generate sales.
Owned Social media management
1. Develop Social media strategies by creating and implementing comprehensive social media plans aligned with marketing G2M strategy and group social media strategy
2. Content Scheduling & Publishing by managing posting calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand communication across channels
3. Monitor campaign results and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions and follower growth
4. Address potential issues in social media environment and maintain brand reputation across platforms.
