Job Description

Regional Investigator

** English and Thai fluent (speaking, reading & writing)**

As the Region Investigator, you will investigate matters related to potential fraud, harassment, including sexual harassment, corruption, policy violations, and other allegations of misconduct.  

Conduct and document interviews of employees/staff 

Collect and analyze various types of evidence (documents, digital, other) 

Write investigative reports, summaries and provide recommendations to senior management 

Conduct and summarize analysis of case trends  

Maintain & update case management system information  

Train/coach other investigations staff (HR/SP, etc.) 

Other security support as requested by Region/Group Security (support to VIP visits, security audits, etc.)  

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years' experience conducting workplace investigations (fraud, ethics, compliance, harassment, retaliation, etc.) 

  • Bachelors or 4-year university degree 

  • English and Thai fluent (speaking, reading & writing)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Law or Personnel/HR Management and/OR Certified Fraud Examiner 

  • Fluency in other east Asian language and/or French (nice to have) 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic business acumen, confidence, and capability in addressing sensitive and complicated ethical conduct/compliance and personnel-related matters 

  • Experience and demonstrated capability in conducting and supervising investigations (including compliance-related investigations, employment investigations, and governmental investigations) and in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on identified risks 

  • Knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws 

  • Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations, including insider threats 

  • Certified Fraud Examiner or similar qualifications 

  • Good understanding of information security/data protection
