Tire Referential/Conformity

Tire Referential Engineer : B2C

MISSION: 

Guarantee the correct technical information of the finished tire product specifications, and during homologation

Guarantee the operational activities linked to creation and maintenance of tire products

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Regulatory coverage strategies: Collaborate with cured tire designer to define strategies adapted to the product scope.

  • Regulatory monitoring: Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on product development.

  • Marking specifications: Ensure compliance of markings (GMR Molds and GMR Plates).

  • Certification data preparation: Initiate and provide necessary data to certification platforms for validation.

  • Certification process follow-up: Monitor requests until regulatory certificates are obtained for the relevant ranges, including test planning and alert management.

  • N&R summary: Prepare and present summaries for design reviews.

  • Conforming finished product specifications, on-time (internal geometry, marking, …)

  • Exact technical information's in RAG (Referentiel Article Groupe) to guarantee tires deliveries to customers.

  • Manage documents according to the document management policy

  • Capitalize test results in data base and in design test reports, knowledge and best practices

  • Manage flow of tires according to their status (EL, SI, MI, MC)

  • Realize and guarantee the conformity of product technical referential for Marketing OE & RT (DCTP, Spec Dec…)

PERIMETER:

o Tire categories = all B2C 4W products (Tier1/2/3)

Required Qualification

Technicals Skills

  • Knowledge on Industry Standards and Government Regulations (N&R)

  • Knowledge on Measurements, tests and data analysis

Soft Skills

  • Demonstrated I CARE Behavior

  • Communication

  • Critical Mindset and competency to work with Multi Zone and Multi culture environment

  • Leadership Skill

  • Team Spirit and Transversal collaboration

  • Knowledge on Physics of tire performance

Nice to have

  • Experience in COP Execution

  • Knowledge on Project Management approach

  • Candidate already completed TRE school

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
