MISSION : The event project manager is in charge of organizing events to offer real-time brand engagement experiences to publics, customers and internal and external partners, in order to support the Michelin Group's commercial and corporate objectives. (Trade fair, Product launch, Group event, Competition activation, etc...).
Upon receipt of the request, the mission goes from the design of the project, to its final implementation, including the management of the resources implemented.
KEY EXPECTED RESULTS
Proposed communication actions are in accordance with the specifications and are validated.
Communication actions are implemented in an efficient way. Performance is improving steadily and is in line with the objectives that have been set.
Actions comply with the Group's standards and norms, and with the regulations in force.
Internal customers have the required quality of service
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management (planning / organization / communication)
Wine knowledge is mandatory
Experience in negotiation and management of external service providers (freelancers, agencies)
Specialist in the organization of high-end events and content production (articles & videos)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional client service skills
Strong leadership and contingency management
Knowledge of efficiency measurement
Fluent in English
