This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What will you do?

• Review, draft, revise contracts and monitor contract performances.

• Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages.

• Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management.

• Will draft and revise a variety of contracts.

• Will provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.

• Maintain excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met.

• Create, prepare, review, and edit all contracts.

• Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.

What we are looking for?

• Proven experience working with contract regulations the related laws. Legal studies;

• Advanced level of English and French(demonstrated understanding of legal terminology in French is strongly preferred);

• German language skills are considered an advantage'

• Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment; Strong attention to detail;

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Capable of professionally managing confidential information;

• Salesforce environment experience would be highly appreciated.
