The East Asia & Oceania (E2A) Pricing Manager B2B's mission is to implementing the vertical pricing (final price to end users) to drive revenue and value growth. Furthermore, he/she/they also will define the horizontal pricing guidelines to the countries in line with the distribution strategy (maintaining efficiency, effectiveness & fairness). The pricing manager also gathers and analyses the market information to provide insights for our strategic growth strategy. The roles' main responsibilities will be, and are not limited to ;
Pricing:
- Lead and deploy the Pricing strategy defined by the Group for the region, and animate / coach the country leaders in pricing (including developing the local competencies)
- Map the Region Pricing tactical plans, in line with the Group Value ambitions, product and services positioning, and customer segmentations
- Manage the Pricing interfaces between the Group and the Region, especially on governances, guidelines, digitalization of the processes, and propose opportunities to centralize functions to improve efficiency.
- Provide and support the countries to extract the best value of our offer through total cost of ownership, sustainability and profitability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, analyze the market trends, and provide recommendations with value based pricing approach. Ensure that countries respect the pricing guideline provided by the Region
- For strategic accounts, support the countries on validating the pricing model with full P&L insights (i.e. revenue and profit management)
- Performs profitability and value analyses, and makes recommendations to support short- and long-term decisions, especially by analyzing the cost impacts (external/internal), the performance of our offer, and the selected customer segment
- Work closely with the Finance teams to provide the pricing model to prepare Financial forecasts
Business Intelligence
- Gathers, structures, and analyses market & company’s market data provided by the countries
- Explains & justifies market evolution, performance/forecasts against the strategy thru data observations. Recommends marketing corrective actions
- Builds, updates and support short- and long-term market forecasts at regional level
- Quantifies new opportunities and recommendations
- Identifies mid/long term market threats, opportunities & market trends
- Improve the automation of data collection, processing, consulting & dashboarding, as well as market forecasts modeling
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Pricing domain
- Masters Degree, MBA is a plus
- B2+ level of English
- Strong behavioral competence in impact and influencing, curiosity, adaptability and leadership/management (direct or transversal)
- Experience in Change management, ROI modelling, managing directly /transversal, competitive value analysis and holistic pricing strate
- Strong business acumen and willingness to evolve to business leadership role
