ความสำเร็จสำคัญที่คาดหวัง • มีแผนป้องกันความเสี่ยง(Risk prevention plan)และถูกปฎิบัติ รวมถึงคำนึงถึงข้อกำหนดต่างๆด้านความปลอดภัย ( LOTOTO, ข้อกำหนดการทำงานของHV/LV, คู่มือการปฎิบัติงาน, ความปลอดภัยในระหว่างการทำงานในระบบไฟฟ้าตามประเภทของงานหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ได้รับการมอบหมาย) • ผ่านการประเมินเพื่อเข้าทำงานในระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง • จัดทำและพัฒนาแผนการซ่อมบำรุง (หม้อแปลง, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันต่างๆ, Substation, การวิเคราะห์Thermography,....) • ให้การช่วยเหลือในการทำงานที่อุปกรณ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (รับผิดชอบต่องานหรือคำสั่งเพื่อการปฎิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงในการซ่อมเบรคดาวน์และแผนงานแก้ไข(corrective action)ต่างๆเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาเดิมขึ้นอีก • ให้ข้อเสนอแนะกับโครงการต่างๆที่อยู่ในแผนประจำปีของโรงงาน (การวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง,แผนยืดอายุการใช้งาน(Durability Plan), การจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน(prioritization)) • การลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงและการปรับปรุงTRS (Uptime)ให้ดีขึ้น • ตรวจสอบการใช้ไฟฟ้า (การวัดค่าต่างๆ, โหลดที่ไหลในแต่ละเนทเวิร์ค, เพาเวอร์แฟคเตอร์,....) • การปรับตั้งและเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปกรณ์เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้พลังงาน (Selectivity, ขนาดของสายไฟ, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันต่างๆ,....) • ตรวจสอบทบทวนรายการอะหลั่ย(PdR) ที่จำเป็นในปัจจุบันและอนาคต • เพิ่มทักษะของผู้ซ่อมบำรุง (ติวเตอร์ริ่ง(tutoring), โค๊ชชิ่ง(Coaching), เทรนนิ่ง(Training), เอกสารฝึกอบรม,ให้ความช่วยเหลือ, OPL(one point lesson), วิธีการสำหรับการปฎิบัติงาน
