ความสำเร็จสำคัญที่คาดหวัง • ปฏิบัติตามเอกสารทางเทคนิคของเครื่องจักรและขั้นตอนการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถูกต้อง (ความปลอดภัย, คุณภาพ, การปฎิบัติตามคำแนะนำและแผนสำรอง,...) • ดำเนินการและใช้ขั้นตอนในการซ่อมบำรุง (การปรับตั้ง(Setting), การทดสอบระบบ(Commisioning), การตั้งค่า(Setting), การสอบเทียบ(Calibration), เป็นต้น) • การจัดการแผนการทำงานทางเทคนิค, แผนการซ่อมบำรุงและแผนจัดการอุปกรณ์ที่ล้าสมัย(Obsolescence)ให้มีความสอดคล้องกัน • ประสิทธิภาพในการสนับสนุนการช่อมบนหน้างาน (ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของการซ่อมที่หน้างานเมื่อเกืดเบรคดาวน์และสร้างแผนการแก้ไขเพื่อลดการเกิดเบรคดาวน์ซ้ำเดิม) • ควบคุมพารามิเตอร์ทางเทคนิค (พารามิเตอร์ทางเทคนิคของเครื่องจักรสำหรับ Process -MTP) • รายการ PDR (คำจำกัดความ, การเปลี่ยนประเภท, ปริมาณที่เหมาะสม, การยกเลิกการใช้) • การเพิ่ม TRS (ความพร้อมใช้ของเครื่องจักร(Availability), ความน่าเชื่อถือ(Reliability), การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ) • มีค่าใช้จ่ายงานซ่อมบำรุงที่ต่ำลง (ภาระงานที่เกิดจากการเบรคดาวน์และPM ) • การปรับปรุงทักษะการซ่อมบำรุง (ติวเตอร์ริ่ง, โค๊ดชิ่ง, เอกสารการฝึกอบรม, อุปกรณ์สำหรับฝึกสอนการซ่อมบำรุง, One Point Lesson (OPL)')
