Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of meals and provide detailed reports
- Efficiently plan trips and manage time, coordinating with team members
- Monitor various media outlets for restaurant-related information within the assigned market.
- Expected a minimum of 260 meal inspections annually
- Be willing to travel internationally
Qualifications:
- A deep passion for gastronomy with extensive culinary knowledge
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for the requirement of anonymity
- Flexibility to travel frequently, including regular evening and occasional weekend assignments
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
- Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong observational abilities
- Hold a valid driving license is a great plus
