ความสำเร็จสำคัญที่คาดหวัง • มีแผนการป้องกันความเสี่ยง(Risk prevention plan), ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยถูกนำมาใช้ในงาน (บุคคลากรและอุปกรณ์) • ใช้กลยุทธ์การซ่อมบำรุงกับอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องจักรที่เป็นคริติคอล(Criticality) • •มีการวางแผนงานการซ่อมบำรุงที่ครอบคลุมถึงพารามิเตอร์ที่มีผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการผลิต (รวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมการผลิตโดยการใช้และพัฒนาแผนงานการซ่อมบำรุง) • มีการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานในเครื่องจักรให้สูงสุดอย่างต่อเนื่อง (การวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของงานซ่อมบำรุงและมีแผนการดำเนินงานที่จำเป็นในการเกิดการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งในในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว (อาทิตย์/เดือน) • เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพค่าใช้จ่ายของงานซ่อมบำรุง (ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน, การใช้พลังงานและอะไหล่สำรอง(PDR)) • มีการใช้ขั้นตอนและเครื่องมือของมาตรฐาน MMW เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบและความสะอาด • ทำให้เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์มีความทนทาน(Durability) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการจัดการกับอุปกรณ์ที่ล้าสมัย(Obsolescence) • มีการปรับใช้ทรัพยากรให้เหมาะสมในด้านคงวามรู้ความสามารถและจำนวนคนที่ต้องใช้งาน (Competency และ Quantity) และมีการสร้างแผนการฝึกอบรมและแผนการพัฒนาเพื่ออนาคต(sucess Plan)
