ความสำเร็จสำคัญที่คาดหวัง • การปฎิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ทำงาน (LOTOTO, คำแนะนำการทำงานกับระบบแรงสูง/แรงต่ำ(HV/LV), การปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับของกฎหมายที่ระบุไว้ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง) มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานในเครื่องจักรของทุกกิจกรรม (การป้องกันการเกิดเบรคดาวน์, ใช้เวลาที่เหมาะสมในการแก้ไขสิ่งผิดปรกติ, มีแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อเจอปัญหาซ้ำๆเดิม, ....) • สร้างประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานทั้งหมด (จำนวนคน/อุปกรณ์/เครื่องมือที่ใช้ทำงาน, การใช้อะไหล่(Spare part), รักษาประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานของเตรื่องจักรให้คงอยู่) • การเข้าไปทำงานในระบบไฟฟ้าทุกงานถูกบันทึกโดยมีรายละเอียดและมีคุณภาพที่ดีในการลงโค๊ดงานซ่อมบำรุง • จัดทำและปฏิบัติตามแผนการซ่อมบำรุง (หม้อแปลง, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันต่างๆ, การเข้าตรวจสอบสถานีไฟฟ้าย่อย, การวิเคราะห์ด้วย Thermographic, .....) • จัดทำเอกสารและให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการฝึกอบรม, มีคู่มือการปฎิบัติงานของอุปกรณ์หรือบุคคลากร
