ความสำเร็จสำคัญที่คาดหวัง การวางแผน: • วางแผนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพภาระงานตามวันกำหนดส่ง อัตราการเติมเต็มคำสั่งซื้อสินค้า และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า • วิเคราะห์และจัดการกับความผิดปกติ การขนส่ง • จัดการการขนส่ง (การจองตู้คอนเทนเนอร์กับสายเรือแบบเหมาตู้หรือแบ่งพื้นที่ภายในตู้) ตามความจำเป็น • ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีความพร้อมใช้งานและมีการปฏิบัติตามการขนส่ง การเรียกเก็บเงิน และเอกสารด้านศุลกากรอย่างครบถ้วน • ตรวจสอบใบกำกับสินค้าและแก้ปัญหาหากมีความคลาดเคลื่อน การตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน: • ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามกำหนดเวลาในการจัดส่ง • แจ้งเตือนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยทันทีในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ใดๆ เกิดความล่าช้าหรือเกิดความผิดพลาดเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลงด้านการบริการ พร้อมทั้งมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นหาวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า • ประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง • แจ้งและติดตามผลกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีการทำงาน: • นำวิธีการและขั้นตอนการทำงานปัจจุบันมาประยุกต์ใช้ • มีส่วนช่วยในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อยกระดับวิธีการทำงาน ผลลัพธ์ และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
